Roles and responsibilities

Key activities :

1. Market mapping
2. Appointment of Channel Partners
3. Development of institutional customers/ project customers
4. Seeking approval from architects/consultants/ specifiers
5. Timely promotional activity (conducting meets/ seminars/ participation in exhibitions/ proper utilization of pop)
6. Competition activity feedback to branch head periodically.
7. Regular visits to cps/ customers
8. Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries
9. Ensuring collection of customer payments in advance
10. Guiding distributors salesman for effective market coverage
11. Managing distributors stock and ensuring minimum stock level management for all products
12. Periodical MIS submission to the branch head
13. Attending customer complaints and if require co-ordinate with technical team for resolution

Required Candidate profileRequired Candidate profile

A desired candidate should be –

Any graduate with MBA. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in sales, handing distributors, OEM customers, builders, preferably from electrical industries
Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation
Quick, Multitasked, Socially focused, persuader, Helpful, consensus builder
